Or perhaps you’re after a picnic lunch with breathtaking views of the ocean? Look no further, because we’ve got the perfect activity for you!
Join us on an exhilarating hike through the enchanting Kohala forest. This private nature preserve boasts not one, but SEVEN waterfalls that are sure to leave you in awe. You even have the opportunity to take a dip in one of them!
This fun-filled day of adventure concludes with a serene and picturesque picnic lunch. While enjoying your meal, relish in the spectacular views of the ocean and valley that surround you.
Please be prepared for a full day of activity, lasting approximately 7-8 hours in total. The terrain along the trail can be rocky, uneven, and muddy at times. We recommend that guests bring reusable water bottles, comfortable walking shoes or reef walkers, a bathing suit, and a hat. Hikers are also advised to wear sunscreen and bring a light jacket or sweatshirt in case of cooler weather along the trail.
Know before you book:
- Guests must be capable of traversing uneven terrain and ascending 25 stairs during the tour.
- Expectant mothers are not permitted on this tour.
- The tour duration is approximately 7-8 hours, with a round-trip travel time of roughly 3.5 hours from Waikoloa resorts and 4 hours from Kona.
- Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle, comfortable walking shoes or reef walkers, a bathing suit, a hat, sunscreen, and a light jacket or sweatshirt.
